Hi, I'm Luka, a photographer and videographer from the island of Krk, Croatia and the person behind LUX Vision.

For me, photography and videography began as a hobby, but over time they turned into a passion and eventually a profession, allowing me to do what I love while preserving moments that matter.

The name LUX comes from the Latin word for light, while also being inspired by my own name, Luka. Vision represents not only the way I see the world, but also the stories and emotions I strive to preserve through my work.

I came into this industry because I started noticing how quickly moments disappear, the way people laugh when they forget the camera is there, the quiet pauses between words, the atmosphere of a place that can never be repeated in exactly the same way again. I prefer working with natural light, real environments, and unposed situations whenever possible. I'm drawn to simplicity, clean compositions, honest emotions and a cinematic approach that enhances reality rather than replacing it. I pay attention to small details, to people's energy, and to how light changes a scene in seconds. I aim for honesty, atmosphere, and meaning. Whether I'm shooting weddings, events, or personal creative projects, the goal is always the same: to tell stories that feel authentic, emotional, and timeless.

LUX Vision is not just about photos or videos, it's about memories and moments. It's about how something felt in a specific moment of time, and being able to relive that feeling years later through photos or videos.
